Michael Benson, President, BCI Construction, Inc.

With over 25 years in the industry, Michael Benson has grown BCI from a small, specialized construction company to one that offers a full spectrum of services. From general contracting to design/build, Benson and his team are involved in every aspect of a diversity of projects ranging from industrial cogeneration plants to the construction of residential homes. Benson enjoys working closely with project managers, staff supervisors and trade labor to bring clients a level of service and quality that is right in expertise and diverse in scope.

James Amsler, Vice President, BCI Construction, Inc.

Jim Amsler serves as the Vice President of BCI Construction, Inc. He has vast experience in managing the construction of many of the most notable new buildings in Saratoga Springs including the Congress Park Centre Buildings One/Two, Three and Four, the Clubhouse at Saratoga National Golf Course as well as 340 Broadway, the Masie Center and others. With 28 years of experience building in the City of Saratoga and the surrounding region, you can be assured you are receiving refined expertise from Jim.

Natalie Amsler, Site Coordinator, BCI Construction, Inc.

Natalie Amsler is a New York State licensed real estate agent who is actively engaged in all home sales through BCI Construction. By working directly for BCI, she is able to offer homeowners a comprehensive deep understanding of the design and build process and well as the demonstrated ability to support. Purchasers will enjoy a continuous personal relationship with Natalie from the moment of introduction to closing.

Prime Property Development Inc.

In 2005, the owners of Lancaster Development Inc. launched a new company called Prime Property Development Inc.  Lancaster Development brings to Prime Property Development experience providing innovative solutions and quality workmanship for New York State infrastructure through contracts with NYSDOT, NYSTA, various public municipalities and numerous commercial owners.  The leaders of Prime Property Development also have a deep knowledge about property development, management, construction, finance and real estate development.  A strong leadership team, adherence to best practices in the construction industry and an appreciation for the values of quality and excellence expand the tradition of Lancaster Development.
